After working alongside Katy providing home inspections for her clients the past 10 years I can say without a doubt Katy always puts her clients first! Katy was excellent to work with, and she helped us find our perfect home. Even when we contacted her just four days before Christmas, she was accommodating. She was consistently available for any questions we had and kept us informed at every step. Her advocacy for us during the buying process went above and beyond. With a tight closing timeline, along with the holiday season and weather limitations, we were worried that all inspections wouldn't be completed on time. However, Katy managed everything seamlessly, just as she did throughout the entire process. We cannot recommend her enough and have already encouraged family and friends to work with her.

I had a great experience - particularly for a purchase made while I was out-of-state and having never seen the property in-person when our offer was accepted. From several FaceTime video tours to recommendations for local contractors, I felt was well taken care of and had complete faith in my agent. Despite everyone's surprise with the low appraisal number that we received, the transaction was simple and straight-forward from my perspective. I know there was additional work to be done by the agents and attorneys behind the scenes to address a title issue that came up, but I was kept in the loop and it was a seamless transaction from my view. I will gladly recommend Mary, Katy, and Crye-Leike to others.

Katy & Mary worked tirelessly on my behalf to find me the perfect home. Even with the high market competition currently, they never lost faith in my ability to find the perfect home. However, they were also quick to steer me away from any home that would not be a good fit. They didn't let me settle! Furthermore, as a first-time homebuyer, they took so much time to explain the process in-depth and answer any questions I had at any time. I feel so lucky to have worked with them!
